FEATURES

Engine (Tier 3)
The HYUNDAI HE8.9 engine is a 6-cylinder, 4-cycle, turbocharged charge air cooled engine. It incorporates advanced "Common Rail Diesel Electronically Controlled Injection Technology".

Main Pump
Equipped with an imported Kawasaki main pump, featuring a built-in booster to improve oil suction efficiency. The main pump structure is optimized, increasing the displacement to 185cc.

Bucket
Configured with a 1.9m³ rock bucket, increasing its durability and lifespan by more than twice.
The bucket is designed with reduced width, increased length, and stress relief to minimize digging resistance. Side-mounted protective plates and reinforced bottom minimize bucket wear. The bottom edge adopts a FISH TAIL welding shape, dispersing stress and enhancing durability.

Boom and Arm
The working device is optimally designed, providing reliable support and living up to heavy-duty expectations. The newly developed arm style, validated through simulated loading experiments, has increased structural lifespan by 44%. A 6.5-meter extended arm has been designed and developed, with improved welding styles to enhance welding performance. Hyundai original breaking pipelines have been incorporated to better match breaker usage and improve breaking operation performance.

Slewing Bearing
A single-piece forged slewing support, further enhancing durability and stability.

Lower Protective Mesh
A lower protective mesh for the cabin, paying greater attention to the safety of mining users, preventing splashing stones during breaking operations from damaging the glass.
